Italian Splendor

Beautifully simple embellishments can turn a simple faux finish into a work of art. Take your finishing to the next level. Learn to create Italian renderings with oxide pigments over Adicolor's authentic lime-based plasters; Marmorino & Mizaar. Choose from a variety of original patterns ranging in complexity to create three 16"x20" panels. Emphasis is placed on hand-painting skills, application techniques and proper application of lime-based plasters.

Hearts a Flutter

Introducing Karibeth Creations Renaissance Angel series. Learn to render these beautiful angels in acrylic on cambric. Choice of Renaissance angel in full color or Resting Angel in griselle. Artistic emphasis will be on human form, fabric, highlight and shadow, brush work and color mixing. Choose one of two patterns to create one 24"x36" mural on cambric.

Carved in Stone with Karibeth

Focus is on easy faux stone finishes, hand painting skills and perspective, as it pertains to Trompe L'oeil Grisaille painting techniques that further develop artistic skill. Also study highlight and shadow, adding depth and other mural aspects. Students will complete one 24" x 26" panel on Cambric.

Magnifico Metallic Plasters with Karibeth

Work with a variety of products learning how to easily and profitably create sophisticated, luxurious, high-end finishes such as October Road, French Lingerie, crushed pearl, Jasper, Chateau and more. Learn techniques such as color blending, embossing and multi-color layering, as well as using gold leaf and more. Leave with five portfolio samples, a complete instruction book and a complete working knowledge of these products.
